Matt McMinn

Managing Director

After traversing adland, from agencies both big and small, Matt set up The Impossible Dream to develop creative content for brands in the food and drink sector. Not only because it’s such a fertile area to create genuinely engaging content, but because he also, unsurprisingly, loves food and drink.

Paul Prince

Media Planner

Paul is a media strategist with a wealth of experience in the food and drink sector. Whether it’s developing an online strategy for a blue cheese brand, buying TV media for peanut butter or magazine space for a posh crisp brand, Paul knows his way around the media food aisle.

Jez Furlong

Creative Director

As creative director, it’s Jez’s job to put crayon to paper and bring ideas to life. Responsible for bringing James May and Fuller’s London Pride together, he’s also created great content for Discovery Mexican Foods, Saint Agur and Young’s Seafood. From creative development to directing, Jez’s talents are as long as they are wide.
